Before finishing an orthodontic case .
We are about to finish this case. However on our final checklist , we are not very happy at the smile. By using #DSDApp , we check his face to the smile and realized a bit of repositioning of the brackets is required .
At this this stage, the most important thing is not to observe the appliance, but to concentrate the focus on the face, occlusion, and smile. Because the appliance will be removed, but these details will remain.
For better understanding we go back to our basic smile design . In this case we only need a photo of his face in frontal view, to observe symmetry and balanced proportions.
